David Vinzant to lead company's sales team for the Americas
Aquilon Energy Services recently hired David Vinzant as its
senior vice president and head of sales. Vinzant brings to
Aquilon more than 30 years of experience managing the
sales and delivery of software solutions for the energy industry.
Based in Aquilon’s Houston office, Vinzant will manage the company’s Americas sales efforts for its Energy Settlement Network®, a cloud-based platform that automates the wholesale energy settlement process.
“Throughout his career, David has consistently driven impressive sales results for technology solutions in the energy industry,” said Aquilon Energy Services CEO Jeffrey Wagner. “I am confident he will build a strong sales team that drives increased adoption of ESN®.”
Before joining Aquilon, Vinzant was Schneider
Electric’s vice president of sales for the Americas.

Vinzant graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.
Mr. Vinzant has 30 years of industry experience with a strong focus on software and automation technology companies serving the Energy and Hydrocarbon Processing industries. He has served as Vice President of global sales at PAS, a leading supplier of software products and consulting services to the processing industries worldwide. Vinzant was also the Chief Operating Officer for SunGard Energy and has held executive positions at Invensys Process Systems and TransEnergy.
